Return Policy
At Ubiya Derma, we carefully check all products before sending them to you. Because of this quality control, returns are very rare. However, we understand that sometimes issues can happen during delivery.
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or has an expired date, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate your request and take appropriate action.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind, skin reactions, or personal preference. We recommend reading product descriptions and ingredients carefully before ordering.
